You will be responsible for processing referrals sent to the Barnet Referral Management Service from GPs within Barnet Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). You must ensure efficient and accurate data inputting and processing of referrals following the protocols and pathways provided. You will also undertake various administrative duties to ensure the service runs efficiently.
Answering patient and GP queries regarding referrals and services provided by the Referral Management Service are a critical part of the role, therefore you must have exemplary communication skills.
